Our Food Story

When our Original Chick, Stacy, set out in search of the perfect chicken salad, she found that the only two key components anyone could agree on were chicken and mayonnaise. From there, she developed recipes to please every palate, everything from the traditional to the savory, fruity, and spicy. Stacy, never one to miss an opportunity to say thank you, named each of her Chicks after women who inspired and supported us along the way, which is why you’ll see flavors such as Olivia’s Old South, Fancy Nancy, and Kickin’ Kay Lynne. Our chicken salads are made fresh in-house every morning using premium chicken tenderloin, sweet and savory ingredients, and our secret blend of spices and seasonings—you won’t find frozen or packaged around here.

We love chicken salad—as if you hadn’t guessed from our name—and we serve up more than a dozen tasty flavors every day. Our menu is more than chicken salad, though.
